Model 72x Series Module Selection

The heart of all Tanabyte Ozone Analyzers is the Analysis Module. Each Module consists of a tray with a rear panel attached onto which all pneumatics, electronics and software needed to perform the specific ozone measurement or calibration function is mounted.

All Modules in the Model 72x Series include a precision U.S. EPA Equivalent Method ozone photometer with an inlet filter and ozone scrubber. In addition, some modules include options for calibrating the internal photometer and/or external ozone analyzers.

One or more Gas Analysis (or Calibration) Modules can be plugged into the Docking Station that best suits the needs of the application. For ease of service, each module is self-contained and can be operated, calibrated and maintained independent of the Docking Station, by simply applying DC power or by using an extender cable and operating from a PC or Docking Station front panel.

722 module

Model 722 Ambient Ozone Analyzer

The Model 722 Module supports a U.S. EPA Equivalent Method photometer with an ozone scrubber and inlet filter. The Model 722 represents the most basic configuration in the 72x Series and can be used for continuous ambient air monitoring applications or as an Ozone Transfer Standard Photometer. The 722 can be paired with the 724 or with another 722 to comprise a combination instrument.  Installed in either Docking Station, the Model 722 is a direct replacement for the Dasibi 1008-AH.

Model 723 Transfer Standard with Cal/Sample Valves

In addition to the Equivalent Method UV Photometer, the Model 723 includes an internal zero air supply, ozone generator and a valve to switch the photometer inlet from sample air to the ozone generator output. The 723 can be used as an ambient analyzer with internal zero/span or as an Ozone Transfer Standard Calibrator, for calibrating external analyzers.

A three port ozone output manifold allows ozone to be directed to the internal photometer and an external instrument simultaneously. The internal zero air supply provides clean pollutant-free air to the ozone generator with sufficient flow to supply ozone to two photometers.

Installed in either Docking Station, the Model 723 is an ideal replacement for the Dasibi 1008-RS.

Model 724 Ozone Transfer Standard

The Model 724 is configured as an Ozone Transfer Standard Calibrator, with a built-in ozone generator and zero air supply. The U.S. EPA Equivalent Method photometer can either be configured to measure external ozone concentrations or to monitor the ozone generator output in order to precisely control the ozone concentration to a specified set point.

A three port ozone output manifold allows ozone to be directed to the internal photometer and an external instrument simultaneously. The internal zero air supply provides clean pollutant-free air to the ozone generator with sufficient flow to supply ozone to two photometers.

Installed in either Docking Station, the Model 724 is a direct replacement for the Dasibi 1008-PC.

Paired with the Model 722V in a Dual Docking Station, the 722V/724 combo allows an ambient ozone analyzer with a built-in ozone calibrator to be configured in a very compact package!

Model 725 Ozone Analyzer with Internal Zero/Span

In addition to the Equivalent Method UV Photometer, the Model 725 includes an internal zero air scrubber, ozone generator and a valve to switch the photometer inlet from sample air to the ozone generator output. The 725 is designed be a low cost alternative to the 723 for ambient monitoring applications when an internal zero/span or multipoint cal check is needed.

Unlike the 723 and 724, the 725 does not include a zero air pump, but relies on the photometer pump to draw air through the scrubber and ozone generator when in calibration mode.

Installed in either Docking Station, the Model 725 is an ideal replacement for the Dasibi 1008.

Model 726 Ozone Analyzer with Cal/Sample Valve

The Model 726 is a basic analyzer, like the 722, but includes a Cal/Sample valve that can direct either sample gas or calibration gas to the Equivalent Method Photometer. The valve can be switched either by external control via digital inputs or by internal timer control. Installed in either Docking Station, the Model 726 is an ideal replacement for the Dasibi 1008.

Another version of the 726 is the 722V which is designed to be paired with the Model 724 in a Dual Docking Station, the 722V/724 combination is an ambient ozone analyzer with an integrated ozone calibrator to be configured in a very compact package!
